Lives up to its title and delivers a solid resource on the finer points of business presentations.

Many ideas felt right based on my own experiences. Was very interesting to see such ideas written down.

Other ideas were new and I jotted half a dozen specific tactics down that I plan to put into practice immediately. Once I master those, the sheer expanse of content here demands another pass.

Very solid advice. I will use this material.

William Steele delivers a very solid volume of professional presentation tips. I probably won't use every tip in the book, but the ratio of useful to non-useful tips is quite high.

The book is well-written and concise. In terms of criticism, the book was a little bit light in overall structure. That is, the author is literally presenting a collection of tips and techniques - not a integrated method for delivering presentations. Of course, a collection of tips and techniques is exactly what he promised to deliver on the title page.

I would recommend this book to anyone trying to improve his/her presentation skills. "Presentation Skills 201" is a apt title. This book would help a novice presenter, but it would be immediately useful to an experienced presenter trying to get better.

Presentation Skills 201 is a comprehensive source of professional tips for presentation experts. It is very useful to have it always at workplace. But if you already read tons of books dedicated to professional presentation skills you will not find any new in that book.
Still i strongly recommend that.
