***For mature audiences only!*** Lailah is a ghula, a beautiful djinni from Arabic mythology notorious for seducing and then devouring her lovers–well, when she marries them. Her best friend (and lover) is a human named Hana, an impoverished woman making ends meet with her bubbly and sexually voracious cousin, Tess. One night, after having devoured her husband on her honeymoon, Lailah senses the presence of another djinni with whom she’s had a troubled history. Little does she know that she’s about to face her past–in one of the worst ways possible, one which could threaten her love life–not to mention her very life.
An erotic horror story that also features quite a bit of romance. Includes coarse language, explicit sexual situations, and some disturbing themes.
Hello, everyone! I'm a fairly-new published author specializing in fantasy-themed erotica. My interests are highly eclectic: manga, anime, gaming, horror, bellydancing--the list goes on and on, really.
I'm always ready to learn something new. I've been writing and drawing ever since I was a child, and my passion for both hobbies has only increased in recent years.
I enjoy writing yuri as well as yaoi, and I've always been intrigued by the concept of djinn, or "genies" from Arabic lore. When I conceived the concept for this novel, I knew I wanted to write a noncenventional take on these beings, as far removed from the "I Dream of Jeannie" concept as I could get while remaining true to much of the established lore as possible. Thus, the titular ghula Lailah was born. She's a down-to-earth, sassy character who's as passionate and cunning as the humans she keeps company with. I'm rather proud of how I brought her and the other characters to life.
I believe I made a good, honest effort to bring my readers a taste of something familiar yet different. A cast of characters who aren't quite what you'd expect. Either way, Lailah and company are a welcome addition to my menagerie, and I hope more of my readers come to appreciate them, too.
