Zeek the Christmas Tree Mouse

Zeek disobeys his mother and leaves his nest to go upstairs when he realizes that something special is going on. The family has decorated for Christmas. Zeek escapes the cat by hanging on the Christmas tree like an ornament. While he waits to return to his snug home under the floor, he hears the Christmas story for the first time.

Zeek asks God to forgive him for his disobedience and help him return safely to his mother. He does make it back home and promises never to disobey his mother again.
