I am glad you made me understand that holy 'Christ The saviour ' can forgive our sins. I am a new follower in Christ.I have heard about Christ for 8 years ,as I thought it was a rule I had to follow while I stayed in a hostel. But this year I think I know him, love him with all my heart .Getting to know Jesus is a new "LIFE".❤❤
I've never read a Francine Rivers book that I didn't like. That said, I like some more than others. Neither of these books are my favorites, but I still couldn't put them down. I fell asleep reading several nights simply because I wanted to keep going. I appreciate the clear gospel message, especially in The Last Sin Eater.
I have read many of Mrs Rivers books, but none more enthralling than “The Last Sin Eater.” I learned another way of looking at who my Savior is and what He has done for me and all of us Christians. I couldn’t put this book down. At the end of almost every chapter, I thought I was done, but there was more to read, more to be clarified. I loved it!
I really liked the Sin Eater and would give it at least a 4 star. The Scarlet Thread was meh. So many selfish people. Of course there was redemption in the end. But a little boring and hard to stick with...
