Pretty good beginner book

I wish I could find an advanced system hardening Linux bash command line book with all the recommended hardening techniques. THAT'S what I'm Looking For. This is a pretty good beginner's book though. So good, in fact, that I've decided to pay for it, now that I've read it, if it doesn't cost too much. I have Kindle unlimited , so, I don't have to pay for it, as it's free to read with unlimited, but an author that does good work deserves to be paid a little. Come on, Man! Write me that hardening book. ; ( __,. This is o.k. for beginners, but I've read enough of those books, Dude. I read hackerslab.org is a good hands-on but I'm afraid to go there with my new computer

Very interesting and useful.

This is a useful reference book for BASH. It has proven its utility to me.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who needs to do some system scripts.

Good refresher

It's a good book for a refresher in Bash, but I wouldn't recommend for beginners. There are incomplete examples that experienced scripters can fill in the gaps that would leave beginners frustrated and confused.

Yes, it's a fast read.
However, the book is really for refreshing those who know a little about Linux, as well as being an appetizer for those wishing to learn more.

Linux is a subject that never gets 'old,' so if anyone is disenchanted with Windows 10. You should get your "Tech- on" and get into a new exciting operating system.

Bash Key points well described

Like this book. It provides example codes to execute in linux terminal and recap the key points at the last section.
