'Trojan Horse' is a graphic novel based on the Ancient Greek story of Troy. The start of the book introduces and explains who the Greeks are, their gods and the concept of myths. It is then divided into six chapters which tells the story of Troy. It is easy to follow and the illustrations add depth to the story.
It would be a useful resource in history, literacy and art and would particularly benefit EAL/SEN children. Also children who have a keen interest in history or art may like to read this book. It may also be more accessible for those who are again reluctant to read. I would recommend for Y3 upwards.
