hey say that a picture is worth a thousand words and I agree because when I see somebody with wide lats, thick erectors, a big upper back and towering traps, I know that they have been paying their dues in the gym and they deserve my respect. They have spent countless years pulling heavy stuff in multiple directions, they should be proud of themselves.

The problem with most peoples back training is that they don’t incorporate enough rowing variations, they aren’t using movements that overload the back, they don’t vary their rep ranges accordingly and the list goes on forever. With something like the back that possesses so many muscle groups, its easy to leave certain muscle groups in the back under-stimulated. I have done it for years and it wasn’t until I started doing all of the research while talking to some of top coaches of my city and applying all of these philosophies and tips that I started getting a bigger back.

I was always fascinated by a big back and for years I have been trying to achieve that wide and thick back that resembles a cartoon superhero. I have done a lot of the homework for you, all you have to do now is follow the program, stay consistent while following progressive overload while using strict form, that’s it.

The whole idea that you should train your back once a week with your biceps at the end only works for people with good genetics or people on drugs. The rest of us won’t be so lucky and will have to increase our volume and frequency while using unconventional exercises with a high selection to hit the back hard from various angles, pull-ups and deadlifts alone isn’t going to cut it.

This program does just that, it focuses on maximizing back development with everything above and much more. Its a 4 day program that hits the back in different ways everytime you walk into the gym.

Be prepared to feel a lot of back soreness and have some calluses on your hands because you will be pulling like no tomorrow. The good news is that you will be rewarded with a much more developed back if you follow this program and your posture will also improve a lot as well, hows that for a trade?

As a bonus, since most people mostly only focus on what they can see in the mirror then you will start to stand out a lot more from the crowd because of your muscular backside. I want what other people don’t have, don’t you?
