In the USA, Patricia is running from her psychotic, murderous ex-husband. She thinks she will b e safe when she takes a job in a distant land-Australia. She is confident in the knowledge that he cannot follow her. In Australia, she makes a new, happy life: and a new love. Her world crashes down when she sees her ex-husband in town. Again she must run, and hide. She thinks will be safe in Arnhem Land. A vast, uninhabited jungle in northern, tropical Australia. But he follows her there too. But she is in even greater danger than she realizes. The monsoon rains are due any day, then the crocodiles will arrive to feast. Patricia is also their prey.
