This branch of Yoga may be starting with working upon body but never ends in working upon body only. While Sahay does deliver some interesting ideas and analyses of the hatha yoga pradipika, the coherency of his commentary is lacking in many places and he is in dire need of an editor (or advanced English writing classes)
