A fairly even-handed review of American history, geography, culture and demography from the Visual Geography Series, but of course, a difficult subject to cover in only 80 pages. This book was somewhat longer than their usual format, but still was inadequate to cover the immensity and diversity of the United States. They did a fairly good college try, however.
