This isn’t a beginner level kind of a book. You should know a great deal of Dutch already in order to avoid the frustration this so-called ‘intensive’ book might give you. If you do, then there are many good tips here and there to help you quickly review everything you knew or probably missed to learn.

The one negative point for me was the way that each chapter was organised. Well… there was no such a thing as ‘organised’, if you ask me. I had to organise everything myself again while reading which turned the book into a huge mess for me. But if your brain can tolerate chaos while dealing with lots of information and you won’t go crazy, give it a go for sure.
