A very short read about a vast topic and I can recommend this book only to newbies to the topic of management. Rather useless to anyone with real life experience, because the book has more of a theoritecial approach that works only in a perfect society. As a former CEO there are a couple of intetsing ideas, bit these ideas are too general to be of real use.
