Too complicated for First Windows Server 16 installer\end user

Looking for simplified step by step workbook showing how to install Windows Server 16 for small business on Dell T640 or comparable mid level server -- no need for virtual installs and need only basic remote capability. No more than 10 users on 15 workstations connected to single server via a single domain. Good backup plan essential for server and software running on server which will be mission critical.
