Skye and Damien are being trained to fight in a new world, but they don't know any more than what Luna tells them, until they find themselves in a conflict and must travel back in time to hide. Personally, I watched as Brown created this book. I find Skye to be a relatable character, and I found myself loving and hating Luna throughout the book. I recommend this book to anyone who finds futuristic time travel books of interest.

This book speaks of two controlled humans who are basically being forced to survive in a technologically-controlled setting. Brown utilizes her knowledge of past events and successfully combine them with a futuristic approach to engage her readers. This was a well written book and a very good read not only because of the vivid descriptions but also because of the strong interconnection that the author presents.

This book follows two characters, Skye and Damien, who have to listen to every command of a robot and are test subjects because of a past mistake. This book was the first in this type of genre that I have read and enjoyed. The flow of the writing made it a very fast read with an interesting plot throughout the whole novel.
