Betty Crocker's Breads. This 1974 volume features recipes for breads, dinner rolls and dessert rolls. It includes basic bread making instructions in a photo-illustrated chapter.
Always a classic, this book has a lot of great recipes. When in doubt about how to make something, I often turn to betty crocker books. The Chive-yogurt rolls are to die for, and the dinner rolls come out soft everytime, but I was disappointed by the Pocket breads. Not very many actually formed pockets but they ended up being great as a flat-bread.
