A great book for those that are looking for the ability to "read" others. There were some tings in the book that I had learned some time ago, but there were so many more things in the book that are extremely valuable when it comes to reading others when it comes to negotiations. Whether you are the seller or the buyer, you should read this book. There are so many things the body is telling you that you don't know! This book will teach you what to look for and help you with either side of the negotiating table. I had the pleasure of meeting Jan at a meeting a short time ago and was fascinated by what she was telling us. I was captivated from the start and as a speaker she help my interest from start to finish. Then after she was finished and told us she had books for sale on the subject, I couldn't open my wallet fast enough. Buy and READ this book! You will be glad you did!
Pretty dry. It wan't as useful as I thought it would be. This book was about sales and closing the deal. Not really what I needed. I'll try another one.
