This is a basic storybook that a beginning reader could read by themselves. And a merging beginning reader (like my 3 year old granddaughter) can read for themselves. I had her read it to me from looking at the actual photos of a rabbit doing various things. I then read it to her. "Is it here" "Is it there" basic phrases throughout this book.
