Well I went with the Fellows book this time, but I like some of the way this one is organized. More expansive and inclusive than some of the other media history textbooks out there.

Not as boring as some textbooks but many spots where an editor should have paid attention to typos or clunky/confusing wording. Did not like the constant text dumps and jumps between years instead of working chronologically.
