Rocky the wolf is a fearsome bully who lives on a mountain pass. When smaller animals come by and are carrying something Rocky wants, he stops them and makes them hand it over. But he's also a coward. If a large animal comes through the pass, Rocky simply hides behind his rock. One day, he is about to pounce on a little lamb and take away the crown she is bringing to the king's birthday party. But before he grabs his prize, the lamb warns him that her gift is guarded by a scary monster. If there is one thing Rocky certainly does not want to see, it's a scary monster. He decides that instead of bullying the lamb, he'd do better to resort to trickery. The story that follows will provoke many laughs from the boys and girls who read it. They'll also learn how Rocky finally reforms his evil ways and becomes a popular mountain guide. Very funny color illustrations on every page.
