Rebecca Green is the creator of Not-So-SAHM, a family-friendly lifestyle blog where she writes about arts and crafts, field trips, DIYs, recipes, party fun, and all around silliness of her family. Rebecca started Not-So-SAHM in 2011 when she decided to take a break from practicing law to spend more quality time with her family and pursue creative endeavors. Rebecca loves cappuccinos, sarcasm, running long distances by herself, graphic design, photography, and mid-century modern furniture (probably in that order). She lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and two mischief-making children, and believes there is no such thing as being bored.

Lots of fun activities for the kids.

Moms with small children can find it hard sometimes to find ways of keeping busy through out the day. It can be a daunting task. With Banish Bordem though you get many ideas to eliminate just that boredom.

Rebecca Green, a blogger and SAHM, has great ideas on how to keep your kids busy, active, and learning all at the same time. From art projects to field trips she has many creative way to interact with your kids. She explains each project, giving you a complete list of items you may need, and ideas to expand on the activity. Rebecca also has included resources to where you may find supplies, ideas for where to find field trips for your family, and place to seek out additional inspiration.

As a homeschooling mom of three grown children this would have been a wonderful addition to my library of resource. I would recommend this book to any mom that wants to keep their kids busy and inspired to learn each day.
