Bostic has written a novel of hope. A survivor of incest, the protagonist finds the inner strength to maintain a belief in the possibility of goodness and love in others.
The pace of the story is consistent and quick. Character threads are woven tightly and kept me engaged. When the story became predictable, the unexpected happened. It is a great book to read over a long afternoon at home or on the beach. I will recommend it to book clubs.
