Coloring book is a companion to Shape Shifting: The Alchemy of Losing Weight and Keeping It Off. It is designed as a tool to help adults, teens and children understand concepts presented in the companion book.
Sharon Kay (1948- ) was born in San Antonio, Texas, to a school teacher mother. They moved to Arkansas' Ozark Mountains in 1948 and returned to San Antonio in 1956.
Kay received her M.A. in psychology/journalism from the University of Houston at Clear Lake in 1990. Her writing credits include human interest writer for "The Houston Chronicle" and Editor-in-Chief of "The Ellerman Report" for Rolls-Royce and Bentley owners.
Professional achievements include being Executive Director of Matagorda County Center for Abused Women and Children and co-owner of an international business.
She actively volunteers at Unity Church of Christianity and at Hope Hospice in New Braunfels, Texas and at Tye Preston Memorial Library in Canyon Lake, Texas.
Her goals are to be director of her own non-profit foundation and further her spiritual education. To that end, 50% of net sales of her books are pledged to her church's building fund. The remaining 50% fund her Life of Victory Enterprises foundation.
