Although the recipes are good and look delicious, and there is a diverse selection, someone forgot that this was supposed to be a cookbook using a pressure cooker. More than half of the recipes use a slow cooker, and cook for six to even ten hours. One recipe even uses the term slow cooker. What's up with this? The title is misleading, so if anyone was wanting to learn to use a pressure cooker, forget about this book. The book starts off very well with tips, tricks, do's and don'ts about cooking with a pressure cooker, information about the Atkins diet and more. There is also a wide variety of recipes, the only problem is that many of them are for slow cookers (it even says so in the recipe instructions), not for pressure cookers. There must have been some kind of mix-up with the recipes included.
