Keto not impossible! 8 stars out of 10!

Excellent tool for the beginning keto
enthusiast great recipes but could offer other alternative ingredients to sweetners as not all stores carry ethyol. Etc...

Great read

This book was a good read. Easy to understand and not full of fluff. I'm looking forward to trying some of the recipes .

It's okay

Not enough depth to keep my attention. It lacks information and resources to maintain integrity. I would not read it again.
