Really interesting read. If unable to remain open minded while on your soul journey I would hold off till you feel called to read this book. It might be overwhelming if just starting soul integration.

Theo helped me heal, my first major shift. This book also gave me a peaceful feeling. One criticism, there are typos in the printed copy I had - but still a great read nonetheless
