Illustrations make good use of white space - or nearly white space, as Sokol often includes little speckles of color. The text is largely irrelevant now, but serves as a very basic introduction to the topic.

"Some day you may ride in a rocket like this one. It may take you you far away. It may take you to the other side of the earth." (pp.12-13)

Still waiting and hoping.

A little outdated now, especially the numbers, but it was still a great introduction for my four-year-old who loves all things space.
