I think all of what is required to open or atleast have a rough insight into what goes on into a food serving/restaurant business has been captured in a very simple and unique way in this book.
You can cruise through the pages but I suggest if you’re someone who wants to have his/her own place (which probably would be the only reason you bought this book) should take each chapter at a time and plan out your line of action in the direction of having your own restaurant.
