Vegan, 31 Delicious and easy recipes by Oliver Grey Starts with table of contents where recipes are broken up into meals Introduction includes lots of info about being a vegan and what it means for good nutrition. Meal plans are included. Each recipe starts with a title, small color photo, list of ingredients and how to make the dish. There are no servings or nutritional information. I would also substitute anything canned for fresh and also use low sodium, low sugar and low fat products. At times the recipes seem only good for one person, another time for 2 people, etc. Some recipes use English measurements, some American and some are mixed in the same recipe.
Four stars because it's a good book to ease into a life style change. Would have liked more tips on how to use up stuff that is already in your pantry.
