This study assumes nothing. It is very basic in some of its teachings. However, as I had hoped, it is also bringing in new insights through comparisons with the historical Jewish wedding. It helps with understanding the role and importance of the church and its place in God's plan. It also helps with understanding the individual christian's role and importance to the church.

A wonderful 6 week Bible Study that I just completed with some of my sisters in Christ. I highly recommend it! It drew me nearer to God, letting me hold unswervingly to the hope I profess, considering how I may spur another on toward love and good deeds, urging me to meet together, encourage others and press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call in God in Christ Jesus!! A must for all Christians!!!

This is the second time that I have used this Bible Study. What a challenging and encouraging journey...learning to anxiously look for His return and the actively prepare for it. We are not only the Bride of Christ but also "bridesmaids" as we help other believers prepare for His coming again.
