Short read. I haven’t checked but I presume that this book was published prior to the GFC, so it’s a bit outdated, but there’s still some helpful, tangible advice for budding entrepreneurs.

Business Financing provides a clear overview of funding options, and the structure makes it easy to understand traditional approaches to raising capital. However, the book places strong emphasis on conventional lending and interest-based financing, a strategy that doesn’t align with how I believe business should be funded or structured. Useful for understanding mainstream methods, but not personally relevant as a strategic guide.
