This ws difficult to find - but since I am very interested in anything about the Constitution (and the necessity to support the inspired document)right now, I found it. I'll re-read it when I am not taking so many pain pills.... but I was very impressed with the part that filtered through the fog! Scholarly, and excellent research. (And the vocabulary is impressive).
