This is a nice book for providing your daughter the information she needs to know about her menstrual cycle. It even comes with a menstruation calculation wheel! It doesn't really address any other aspect of puberty or reproduction. But I felt a book that dealt specifically with this topic was important since its such a big (and often scary) change for a girl. (Note: I also recommend "Growing Up: Its a Girl Thing" by Mavis Jukes for a general overview of puberty as it relates to girls. If you're looking for a book that deals more with the technical facts of reproduction, I recommend "Boys, Girls, & Body Science" by Meg Hickling.)
