Cindy Arledge is the CEO and Founder of the Legacy Family Revolution, an organization dedicated to educating and inspiring families to create and implement a Legacy Family Plan.

Cindy's passion was born from the broken relationships that followed her parents death within eight months of each other. Instinctively, Cindy knew there had to be a better way to transfer wealth without the chaos and after a decade of research discovered the secret process ultra-rich, old money families use to successfully keep their money in the family.

Cindy was unprepared for the change in family dynamics and the emotional upheaval that ripped her family apart. The estate was complicated by her mother's Alzheimer's diagnosis and lack of communication and trust between siblings.

Good news! You don't have to be ultra-rich for your family to benefit from Legacy Planning.

Legacy Planning is the secret process ultra-rich old money families use to keep their money in the family for generations.

Cindy set out to test her theory by walking the Camino de Santiago, a 500 mile Pilgrimage across northern Spain. After successfully completing her 500 mile test, she returned home to pen her first book, a memoir of her journey. During the writing process, she realized she had more to share. Cindy knew it was time to start a Legacy Family Revolution.

Family Business Owner
Cindy joined the family business at the age of 13 as bookkeeper of the wholesale automobile company. By the age of 17, she was promoted to President of the trucking company. She took a hiatus from the family business to peruse other interests but returned to learn commercial real estate management. Cindy is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and is mentoring the next generation to lead the real estate company, so that she can focus her attention on coaching families through the Legacy Family Process of preparing heirs and improving communication and trust.

Family Leader
After experiencing the Cur$e of Inheritance, Cindy spent more than a decade researching successful wealth transfers. Affectionately known as "Elmo" by her four grandchildren, Cindy and her husband Gerald, aka "Dusty" are determined to protect their future generations and have begun the process of implementing their Legacy Family Plan.

Cindy is an expert in preparing heirs for a successful wealth transfer.

Cindy's memoir of her 500 mile walk across Spain, My Camino, My Life, A Sole to Soul Connection is available at Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble in e-book or hard copy formats.

A running daily journal account of the author's Camino- The Way of St James. It details the thoughts and feelings of her journey on the 500 mile trail from St Jean's, France to Santiago, Spain. Interesting in many ways since a friend recently walked the Camino after her husband committed suicide. It gave me insight on why and how a person would take on the rigors of this physical test of mind and body. The author looks into the psychology and reasons why she went on her journey- which was very interesting.

Not great writing style but well edited. The writer got her point across in an easy-reading format. I believe it was self-published but worthy of three and 1/2 stars.

This was an enjoyable and insightful book to read. It gave great insight as to how to undertake a challenge like walking the Camino. I feel that this insight could easily be transferred and applied to other areas of life for all who read and appreciate what was learnt by Cindy as a peregrina.
