Faith-based and bible oriented, James E. Woods has written a plain-spoken books to help those that are stuck. Written in simple language, Woods describes a mythical city, where people get are prevented from achieving their dreams. They don't mean to, it is not their intent but things like fear and complacency keep them prisoners on this island. Woods then deconstructs the many things that hold them back and examines ways to overcome the ties that bind. He insists the reader take a hard look at what motivates them and to reevaluate what is really important. Habits are explored and exposed as accepted impediments to success. Motivational texts are a great thing, especially when they touch the soul of the lost or wounded. This book may provide a lift for someone who is ready to leave their comfort zone.
