A lovely story about twins, John and Joan, who fall in love with a South American squirrel. Lupe lives in a tiny cage in a pet shop and doesn't do more than eat and sleep. The twins build a large cage and convince their parents to let them get her. Then begins the adventure of learning about the place she was from and making her happy.
