This is a review of part 2. Some sections of the book could have used some editing, but the book captures the true essence of its contemporary Kolkata. I read it with some nostalgia. It even touches upon the mundane aspects of the city and doesn't mince words. I would recommend this for people looking to know erstwhile Kolkata.
