Balloon on the Moon

by Dan McCann, Nathan Hale (Illustrator)

Up and away, off to the moon flies little Will's red balloon. His big brother, Jake, volunteers to bring it home safely, but first he'll need permission from NASA―and his parents―if he wants to join a space rescue mission. Being the youngest astronaut in history isn't easy, though. The launch is bumpy, and outer space is very far from home. Jake will need to hold on tight if he's ever going to reach the moon to save Will's balloon. Big brothers and aspiring astronauts alike will love this story of a stray toy and one boy's exciting journey to the moon.
