I enjoyed this book throughly, it was straight to the point but also informational. It was an easy read, with a lot of good content behind it. It helped me get focused on what I need to do to manage my company and gave me a lot of great ideas on how I can improve as a manager.

Pretty good. Pace is quick and doesn't talk down to you.
