This book shows perfectly the importance of Human to Human marketing. Dropping the mask as a company might be a scary thing to do because it is against all the precepts they knew so far. However, it is only logical to be human in our marketing strategies if we want to connect with costumers, as it is the ways we as individuals create connections with other humans in everyday life.
This book does an excellent job showing the importance of being genuine with customers and more importantly shows how achievable it is. It might be a short read, but it is full of thoughtful practical advice that are applicable to any company.
It is getting away from the usual mechanical protocols that are commonly exposed in books targeted towards entrepreneurs. It does not feel pretentious at any moment. Quite the contrary actually, the writing style and the advice given feels authentic and genuine. Definitely a must-read and I cannot wait what will come next from this lovely author and business woman.

Full of cliches and more focused on personal branding than what I was looking for. Gave up about halfway through.
