2. Discerns that Satan is the Enemy to His Marriage;
3. Anticipates and Resists Anyone Attempting to Inject Doubt, Fear or Strife into His Home Environment;
4. Discerns the Atmosphere, the Knowledge and Encouragement His Wife Needs;
5. Carefully Chooses a Home Church That Reflects His Beliefs;

The theme I noticed throughout this book to becoming an Uncommon Husband was The Law of Focus, and in respect to the topic at hand, this means focusing on your wife. Giving her your focus. One of the Author's Wisdom Keys repeated in many of his books is "The Only Reason Men [Women] Fail Is Broken Focus" (parenthesis mine). Therefore, to be an Uncommon Husband means to focus on your mate. One of the practical ways of doing this he suggests is discovering the goals, dreams, gifts and potential of your wife. He says, "Diamonds Are Deep In The Earth. Gold requires unending search and scrutiny. The Uncommon Husband sees what others are too busy to discern." Some things he recommends to discern the worth of your wife are:
▲ Recognize that your wife is a gold mine divinely bestowed to you;
▲ Pursue your wife. He says, "You have no right to anything you have not pursued";
▲ Ask your mate quality questions because he says, "The Quality of Your Questions Reveal The Depth of Your Caring" Do you care about your wife? Then ask her quality questions.
▲ Keep a Dream-Journal. In this dream journal he encourages his reader to document the desires, needs, fears and goals of your wife. He says, "Celebrate The Dreams... hidden deep in the imagination of your wife. Protect her Dreams and help her grow them."
