I remember my mother reading this book to me as a child. When life was oh so simple and all I did was play, sleep, eat, but as time passed and I grew up, I don't know why I became such a realist. As we grow older we forget to have fun and do simple things just because we want to, we feel that things aren't worth doing without it being of some sort of financial or social benefit to us. Books like these remind us to balance out planning your future with being present and living in the moment, doing what you want just because you want to. Knowing that it' okay and you don't have to justify yourself to anyone or anything, take a breath, read some childrens books.
