I'm only one chapter in, but it doesn't paint a pretty picture so far. It seems you amass great wealth by crushing unions, taking advantage of government corruption/collusion, buying as many companies as possible to create monopolies, while over working and under staffing the employees of your businesses. But maybe I'm being overly critical.
