Great true story of a woman and her Oregon Trail and eventual Coos County pioneer history. One of the first women in Coos County Oregon. This book is a family possession and I was glad to have the opportunity to read it. It certainly connects me with my heritage.

Fascinating account of a pioneer woman in the mid-late 1800s. Filled with personal stories ranging from life on the Oregon trail to the challenges of homesteading in a new land. If you like history, I highly recommend this book!
