This book has gorgeous and clear photos of flowers. I don't really intend to take up painting or anything, but I enjoyed looking at the pictures, and might like to do so again sometime. I almost got inspired to pick up a paintbrush and give it a try. But I don't need any more pastimes. There were also some good tips on photography included. All in all, a very enjoyable book.

I do watercolor painting and sometimes I work in colored pencil. While I have photo references of my own, this book has filled a need for more floral references that are uncluttered and clear.

I enjoyed this book a lot, even though I'm more comfortable using plain graphite pencils. The photos are astounding.
