Good collection of ideas. The format is -summary, details and supporting evidence. Didn't find anything new frankly. But a good refresher. It emphasizes the fact that communication is not the end, but means. If you don't have anything to say, these ideas are not going to help. It will help you package things.

Excellent! If you have to deal with the press, be interviewed or do any public presentations this is a great book. The only thing better in this field is in-person training by David himself.
