This story is about a worker by the name of Andrea Kenworth, a Curator of a museum and a chairperson of her dead father's Concerned Citizens Committee. But when this young man, Jason Winthrop, an out-of-town builder, shows up and wants to build a big building in "her" small town. She finds it hard to ignore his charms, but she still but her cause first. But then a ugly turn takes place in the small town of Bayport. Is Jason behind them? Is there a stranger under that charm?

I learned that you should think about something before blaming someone for something that they did not do.
