I cannot tell you enough about this book! It has literally changed my life. And my partners. There are medications out there--several! That are safe and effective to heal addicts. I had no idea beyond Antabuse. Please, if you know someone who suffers from alcoholism, read this. It could save their life. Best quote: "I can do talk therapy forever. But for a mechanical problem, I needed a mechanical solution. Naltrexone was that solution."
