كتاب لابأس به للي ما عندهم خلفية في إدارة الضغوط وضبط الانفعالات، شخصيًا بحكم التخصص المعلومات الواردة فيه مكررة بالنسبة لي لذلك ما أحس إني تعلمت شيء جديد بعد القراءة، وبكل الأحوال جيد للمبتدئين الباحثين عن استراتيجيات التوازن بين الحياة الشخصية والمهنية.

كتاب غير مكتمل من الكتب التي تندم على اضاعة وقتك بها لم يقدم الكاتب اي رؤية واضحة لادارة اي ضغط قد نواجهه بشكل يومي
