Rate this book
Janet is aghast when her family wins a skiing holiday to the Italian Alps - the idea of skiing terrifies her and they'll be going with fellow winners, the McDermots. Bob McDermot is a bossy, selfish nightmare, his downtrodden wife Cheryl is distinctly strange, and their children are appalling. Janet soon finds skiing - and her charismatic instructor Mauro - a welcome relief from chalet life, especially as she begins to suspect that there is more than one nasty secret lurking about . . .
