An interesting and original take on meditation that employs the full body instead of just the breath and discursive mind. I feel like it's deepened my own mindfulness practice some. I did the audio book version, Reggie Ray has a smooth, calming speaking voice and speaks well, if edging towards a little New Age-y for my taste. Recommended.
